This long established traditional wholesale bakery has grown locally to become acknowledged as one of the finest suppliers of bread and confectionery in the East Midlands. Using only the finest quality ingredients available, the bakery ensures that their products are fresh and delivered fast and efficiently to their regular customers.
Operating within the wholesale and retail market the bakery supplies a wide range of delicious products to include bread, rolls, cakes, fruit pies, pasties, pork pies, savouries, confectionery, wedding & celebration cakes. Over 200 fresh products are made on a daily basis.
All products are made from locally sourced ingredients, where possible.
There are over one hundred regular customers who receive daily deliveries, these include local Asda stores, Co-Op stores and a Sainsbury store (on trial). Orders are normally placed the day before delivery and are baked according to the daily production list, along with any additional product required for rush orders on the day. There are two shifts per day, the day shift baking the confectionery including cream cakes, buns, muffins and savoury items with the night shift concentrating on the bread baking.
