Operating from superb food preparation facilities located on a busy industrial estate outside the region’s capital city, this business buys in fresh local and regional vegetables such as swedes, onions and potatoes, prepares them and then distributes by van to a wide variety of food manufacturing clients within a radius of 50-60 miles.
